Why you can depend on me

Hi, folks.  David Page here.  Since 2009 I've bought dozens of houses in Baltimore City and County, fixed them up, and sold them to new homeowners.

Usually I can visit your house and make a fair offer right on the spot.  There's no charge and no obligation, so give me a call at 410-274-3295.  You'll go right to my cell phone, not a robot or an answering service.

Fast cash in 30 days -- really?

Yes, really!  I'm different from a lot of  so-called investors out there.  Those guys want to get your house under contract, then try to find some other investor to buy it.  If they can't unload your house, they walk away, leaving you to start all over again.

Not so with me.  I'll buy your house and pay cash in 30 days.  If you need more than 30 days, that's okay, too.

MAKE IT EASY ON YOURSELF

Does the house you're selling need a lot of repairs or updates?  No problem.  I'll buy your house as-is.

Is the house full of belongings?  Still no problem.  Whether the items are yours or they belonged to someone who passed away, you can take what you want and leave the rest.

No repairs, no cleaning, no hassles at all.  Let's make it easy on you.

Since 1993

Why you'll feel good about working with me

I rehab houses mostly so I can feed my family, but you know the other thing I like about it?  Making the world a better place, one house at a time.  Like the house shown at right.

After I buy and fix up your house, I'll be happy to show you how it turned out.  You can even follow the progress if you like.

Whether the house was your home, or Mom's or Dad's home, I think you'll be proud to see how beautifully it turns out, so another family can enjoy living there.

Of course, some people prefer to take the cash and never see the house again.  That's fine, too.
